Welcome to my educational resources website!
At this site you will find information, resources, and training materials created or gathered by me through my personal experiences or by BCPS’s Technology Integration Specialists in Bullitt County, Kentucky. This site is intended to be used by visitors who support the use of Integrated Instructional Technology.
I am one of five Technology Integration Specialists for Bullitt County Public Schools. I help integrate technology into daily lessons by modeling, team teaching, and supporting the teachers and administrators through individualized trainings. I service 4 specific schools in the district (Bernheim Middle School, Bullitt Lick Middle School, Bullitt Central High School, and Riverview High School / Bullitt Alternative Center) but also service any district activity as needed. Please feel free to contact me through email anytime. Give me a few hours to respond, but I’ll try my best to be prompt with responses.
Kentucky’s Technology Integration Specialists (TIS) provide on-site and on-demand assistance for fellow teachers to create different forms of learning and teaching with the help of technologies. They seek to improve student learning by showing teachers the thoughtful applications and best practices of these new tools. Indications show that TIS’s, carefully chosen and wisely used, are more effective in helping teachers incorporate technology into teaching and learning than any other form of professional development.
