Module 2: Google forms are great for a quick survey, immediate feedback like an exit slip where a database can be built for needs and assessments, or an evaluation or review of material or a conference. There are many different types of survey creators (Survey Monkey is very popular.), but Google forms allows users to build a database directly in Google Drive that can be accessed anywhere at anytime. That ability to be so mobile is so important. I, personally, like Google Forms because they can "easily" be embedded onto a website or within an email for easy access. The actual form is embedded an not just a link that can sometimes be blocked by various devices or web browsers.
Three ways Google Forms can be used in my profession: - Evaluation of a Conference or Professional Development Training - Exit Slip to evaluate a topic, lesson, or skill. - Survey for a "needs assessment" for teachers, administrators, and students.
